Water Main & Service Lines

New water main installations, domestic service tie-ins, meter sets, and water system upgrades for residential, multi-family, and commercial projects. Fully coordinated with SCWD and local utilities.

Sewer Lateral & Main Installation

Full sewer lateral installation and main line work including trenching, pipe laying, slope verification, and city/county connection. We handle permitting and final inspection coordination.

Electrical Conduit (Underground)

Underground electrical conduit installation coordinated with PG&E and private electricians. Pull boxes, junction vaults, and primary/secondary service runs for any project size.

Gas Line Installation & Repair

Underground gas service lines for new construction and renovations, including trench excavation, pipe installation, pressure testing, and full PG&E utility coordination.

Fire Suppression Underground Lines

Underground fire service mains, FDC connections, and hydrant leads for commercial and multi-family developments. Installed to NFPA standards and local fire department requirements.

Storm Drain & Drainage Systems

Storm drain installation, grading, catch basins, and drainage infrastructure for site development and public works projects throughout Santa Cruz County.

Trench Excavation & Backfill

Precision excavation, shoring where required, native or engineered backfill, and compaction. We leave your site clean, compacted, and ready for the next trade.

Road Crossings & Bore Work

Utility crossings under active roadways via open-cut or directional boring. Full traffic control, encroachment permit management, and City/County coordination handled by our team.
